Evaluate

The Evaluate phase is a focused assessment of your current revenue cycle. The first phase of the Tranche Health Revenue Cycle Evaluation process is to evaluate the current state of your Revenue Cycle. Our evaluation process is a deep dive into all areas of the Revenue Cycle from its inception to fruition, from pre to post billing and everywhere in between.

The evaluation process allows us to gain a holistic overview of your entire Revenue Cycle and its overall health.

Identify

After the completion of the Evaluate phase, we are ready to identify opportunities and exposures via our revenue cycle analytics process. It is important that during the assessment process we define those items that are both cash generating as well as cash depleting. With an array of opportunities and exposures identified, we are now ready to narrow down the list into a precise, actionable direction based on the highest impact.

Benchmark

Measuring improvement is critical when defining success. Tranche Health will develop an actionable set of benchmark metrics and a suite of reports to help measure success. It is critical that the benchmarks are pre-defined and determined before any implementation process begins. With the benchmarks defined and calculated, we are ready to implement solutions identified in the Identify phase of the Revenue Cycle Health Assessment.
